Refund, Return & Replacement Policies
Muppz will happily replace an item at no additional cost to you if the items are faulty, damaged or broken upon arrival. Please contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving your item with your concern and photos of the item(s) purchased. Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach photo(s) of the item(s) showing the damages, broken items, and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement.
Muppz does not accept Returns or Exchanges. Once an item has been received it cannot be returned. Muppz does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Muppz will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Please contact the shipping carrier first for misrouted or lost parcels before contacting Muppz.
Return to sender packages: Muppz will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise the package will not be delivered. Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re-label, and reship them. However, you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping costs are usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us within 24 hours in order to correct the mistake before processing and shipping take place.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement only. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order to receive a refund. We do not accept cancellation orders outside of the 24-hour window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping times are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. For late or missing refunds (if applicable) try contacting your bank or credit card company, it may take them 3-7 business days to post it to your account after the refund has been processed. If you have contacted your bank after the 3-7 business day period and they don’t have any record of the refund, then please contact us through submitting a ticket on our website at http://Muppz.com.
Muppz reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
